   Always an amazing experience here. The staff is super friendly. Marciel was our waiter and he took care of us really well. Thank you Marciel and the rest of the Brasao family.

   We had lunch today. The food was wonderful and tasty. Service by Tito was warm and attentive. The managers check in and make sure all is well. The staff works as a team. Our guest was very happy with everything. Thank you ! Solomon

   We have been to Brasao previously, and this was unfortunately not as good an experience. We went the day after Valentine’s Day, so it was packed. And they packed even more tables in to take on more customers. It was almost impossible to navigate between the tables to get to the salad bar. We were seated in the back room in the corner, so the gauchos didn’t make it back to us very often. We had to ask our waiter to get certain meats sent to us. One of the gauchos, Ephran, was amazing. Once he realized we were asking for certain meats, he made sure he brought us more. Our waiter, Xavier, was attentive and apologetic for all we were having to ask for. They didn’t have the wine we ordered, so that was disappointing. We will definitely go back, just not around a holiday.

   I came here with my toddler and teenager and everything was absolutely amazing from the check in, food, customer service as well as the ambience. I definitely will be back.

    First time going to Brasao and it was an awesome experience, the food was cooked almost perfectly, I wish they could of been more helpful in finding the right wine but other than that me and my wife loved it , definitely coming back
