I ordered a lobster club sandwich and my friend ordered a burger. It took 45 minutes to get our food and the toast on my sandwich was cold and stale. I asked my server to exchange it and the second one had the same stale bread. There was no avacado, the bacon was cold and about only tablespoon of minced lobster. It was basically a BLT for $38. I think Mr Flay needs to do quality control in that restaurant since his name is on it. It was not busy so no excuses.

Food is not bad but expecting more presentation-wise and taste-wise. Food seemed to have taken long to serve even for the salad.

The food, as expected, is fantastic! The pork chop was $46 dollars but the steaks were even more expensive. The restaurant was crowded and very noisy. Still, if you want consistently delicious food, this is your place!

Great food at a relatively reasonable price - the hot chips and lobster and crab cake were excellent appetizers and the chicken fricassee was incredibly moist.

Everything was great no complaints! The food and service are my main at a restaurant and both were great.

Arrived about 20 minutes early for our reservation and took a seat at the bar. Two bartenders were relatively busy, but didn’t even acknowledge us for over 10 minutes despite sitting right in front of them. Finally got a drink. ($15 for a Belgian ale), and the hostess said our table was ready and seated us. We then sat for another 15-20 minutes without being acknowledged by a waiter. Finally went to the hostess stand to have the manager send a waiter to our table. We ordered food, had the lobster and bacon club sandwich. Taste was good, but barely a tablespoon of a lobster salad and a slice and a half of bacon on regular white toast. Not even a fancy brioche or artisan bread. This for $38 was very disappointing. Likewise ordered a side of Nueske’s bacon. Expected a nice thick bacon. Disappointed again. 3 thin, skinny slices barely 3/4 inch wide for $15. One highlight, the onion soup was delicious. C’mon Bobby Flay. You’re better than this

Completely disorganized and unfriendly staff. We were made to wait for more than 15 min after our reservation even though there were ample tables available. Waited again for waiter to arrive, gave drink order and waited another 15 min for it to arrive. Very disappointing experien

Way overpriced for the quality of food and service. Many of the dishes - the mushrooms/scallions and potato purée - lack any kind of specialty or seasoning (if you asked me to close my eyes and discern between their mushroom side and mushrooms taken off a Domino’s pizza, I wouldn’t be able to). The service was very lackluster - our waiter only had two other tables and he seemed overwhelmed. Save your money and go to many of the other offerings in the Forum Shops. This place isn’t worth the high prices.
