Charles was excellent. The food and drinks came out at an appropriate speed and everything was delicious. The music and lighting were at comfortable levels (I loath loud music while dining). Booths were a bit tricky to get in and out of, but were nice and comfortable once seated.

The waitress was great, she tried her best despite the bar service being very poor. The steak was excellent.
