    We didn't get the server we asked for to wait on us even though he was working. There were only two of us but the hostess wanted to sit us at a 6 top table. Hostess gave us menus but no silverware and did that with every customer. All servers had to then go get the silverware for their guests which is more work for servers.

    Food and service was good but of menus were incredibly sticky. No excuse for that. The menus should be wiped down after every use. Usually when something like this happens, I have to wonder how clean the back of the house is.

    My husband’s Alfredo sauce was on the salty side and the noodles were most likely store bought

    First visit back after moving to the west side of the state. Unfortunately we were disappointed in the service & wait for our food. After ordering & getting bread and water we never saw our waiter for over 20 minutes. Several people commenting about wait times for their food. Took 35 minutes to finally get our dinners. Food was excellent!

    Food is decent, but the prices are a bit high for a chain Italian restaurant. Service here was so-so. She was nice when she came around but that wasn’t very often.

    As usual, we had a wonderful experience! Delicious food and expert service from Charles in a very relaxing environment! We will keep coming back!

    Service was great but overall the restaurant was in need of some TLC. Food was horrible. Vegetables seemed that they had been previously frozen. Chicken quality was awful. Marsala seemed like it came from a jar at the grocery. Food quality has unfortunately declined over time.
