   The Chicken Marsala was over the top delicious. The Lasagna was good, but not exceptional. Service was very good. We like it better than its sister restaurant Brio

   Great service. Good ambience. Not noisy. Food overall was very good, as always, but lasagna was not quite as good as normal. It was a bit thinner and also could have been served a bit warmer. Portions were generous, as usual. All house salads were great. Spinach artichoke dip was very good. Pasta Woozie was good and fettuccine Alfredo was good. Good value. A favorite spot

   Was Valentine’s Day and arrived early to reservation, didn’t see anyone come up to the greeting both until 10 mins after our reservation, then was finally sat 15 mins later at a tiny table, that was next to a empty both like we asked for, we later switched to the booth, service was due to under staffed, usually have good experience but was the first time at that location so I can’t say for sure

   We made reservations for 6 people on Valentine’s Day, we knew this would be a busy day. We arrived at 7:55 for 8:00 reservation. The first turn off, when we checked in at the hostess stand, she told us we’d be seated as soon as a table became available. What’s the point of a reservation then? We were not seated until 8:25. The table we sat at was empty from the time we walked in until we were seated. A server did not come to our table until 8:45, we placed our drink orders then. Did not receive drinks until 9:05. Only two of the drinks were cocktails, the rest were waters/fountain drinks. We placed our food order when we received the drinks at 9:05. We got the food around 9:25pm (relatively normal wait time for food). We saw our server 3 times: drink orders, food order, checks. Someone else served the food. We did notice that our server stopped at another table 3 times prior to stopping at ours for the first time. The food was good, the service was mid. I understand that this was a busy holiday, but we immediately did notice care for the place from the minute we walked in. May give this another try on a day that isn’t busy.

   Worst service I have ever had. They brought the food out before our salads. They took it back and put under a warmer until our salads came. A dried out dish. They dropped an entire tray of food by our table. No apology! And they didn't comp one thing from our bill. We asked for additional sauce as our food was so dried out from setting under a warmer and that cane 15 minutes later which by then our food was cold. This is the 2nd chance we gave this place in the past 12 months. Will never go back nor recommend. A waste of money!!!

    We had a large group. I called for reservations a month in advance. We didn’t get seated until about 20 mins past our reservation time. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks. We had one server for 19 people — she really just needed help. Took too long to get refills, attention. Food and drink was good just not quality service.
