Im a big fan of Gordon Ramsey and was excited to eat here, the layout was good and the toilets were clean, they even have restaurant was busy so the noise level was particularly high, they even have food was excellent especially the rib eye steak, wasn’t too keen on the price of the water at £7.95 for 700ml (I think or could have been a 500ml) and I didn’t know I could have had free tap water as the waiter didn’t really explain this, neither did they explain if there was any specials, they simply served us with not much chatter, I would have expected a slightly better service to match the quality of the food, nevertheless we was in London and expected to pay a higher price, but the service level should really match this in my opinion.

They must be on a limited water meter as had to ask 5 times as small glass poured! No ice served despite requesting some. Staff station faces outwards so difficult to get staff attention as they have their backs to the restaurant. Food tasty, friendly servers but service average for this type of bistro.

Service felt rushed and no real interaction. Good quality food, but the butter chicken is quite small, if you having that consider having 2 sides instead of one. Drinks are extremely overpriced - £7.50 for a bottle of water.

This is our one of favorite spots for steaks, unfortunately today was a disappointment. The steak was overcooked, you can smell the smoke and taste the savory taste. Could be just one time thing, we hope not to get disappointed next time.

Great food in a nice environment and relaxed atmosphere. Service was fantastic in a nice and welcoming manner. Asked about allergies from the start. Good choice on the menu and also drinks including a good range of non-alcoholic cocktails.

A big disappointment and one Gordon Ramsey should be embarrassed to put his name to. The decor, location and service was find. The food really lets it down, especially at the prices you are being asked to pay. We were a table of 9 and the food was slow and the portions small. The prawn cocktail for £16 had two prawns per serving which were cut up. The main course burger had clearly sat under the hot plate for some time- it was dry and over cooked. The food could have been from any mediocre pub. None of our party will be going again and I wouldn’t recommend you do either.

Very disappointed sadly. Booked a meal for husbands 65th birthday and menu was sadly lacking. No Salmon starter, no California roll, no beef for the roast dinner, no Sauvignon blanc. No beef wellington. They offer a steak for £44 and you get nothing with it, all sides are £7 each extra! We discovered after eating our main meal that there was a 2 or 3 course for set price, we didn’t get given that menu! Overall lacking. Won’t return. Expect better from Gordon Ramsey.
