   Wir gehen wöchentlich in verschiedene Restaurants Pizza , Pasta oder Asia essen. Aber gestern zum ersten Weihnachtsfeiertag wollten wir etwas Besonderes. Die schöne Deko außen haben wir leider drinnen vermisst. Die nette Dame hat uns zum Tisch begleitet und uns an den noch netteren Kellner übergeben. Er war sehr aufmerksam und auf Zack. Die Vorspeisen :Das Rindertatar war leider geschmacksneutral aber schön angerichtet wie der Oktopussalat. Der hat geschmeckt aber nicht zum niederknien. Da kennen wir in München Restaurants die ihn besser abschmecken und wo mehr Oktopusstücke drauf sind. Unter den Salatblättern war nur Gemüse. Siehe Foto. Beide Sachen für den Preis nicht verständlich. Die Hauptspeisen waren leider lau warm. Mein Mann und ich hatten eine viel zu trockene Dorade bekommen , ,( schöne Größe) die Beilagen Gemüse und Spinat waren ok und das Kalbsgericht meiner Tochter auch lau und nicht so gut wie erhofft. Meine 2 Tochter hate ein Rinderfilet mit Rosmarin Kartoffeln und war als einzige begeistert. Der Nachtisch hat uns alle glücklich gemacht weil das Tiramisu ein Traum war. Zum Glück da wir sonst sehr enttäuscht nach Hause gegangen wären. Da wir nur ein Bier , eine Flasche Wasser und 3 Espressi hatten fanden wir 212€ für alles viel zu teuer und werden das nicht nochmal wiederholen. Für den Preis hätten wir in 2 Restaurants die wir sonst besuchen richtig lecker essen gehen können. Schade. Dem Kellner aber alles gute 🫶🏼

   We had reservations and were promptly seated. Service was very slow throughout. After our plates were finally cleared, the server seemed annoyed when we placed an order for dessert and coffee. For all the waiting around we did, it was a bit of a surprise that the check came out so quickly and promptly… and we didn’t even have to wait to pay, he was right there! If only we had that kind of service throughout!

   Fast Kind Thoughtfully prepared Convenient to shopping Marienplatz Super friendly waiters Not huge portions, which I like. Beautiful interior. It was busy so a little loud but OK

   My family of 3 shared Christmas lunch at Brenner this year while visiting Munich. It was easily one of the best meals we’ve ever had, and certainly at Christmas. We were seated by the pasta kitchen, so got to watch many of the dishes being made before we ordered. Every dish we had was lovely: beef with potatoes and béarnaise, tagliatelle with beef ragout, grilled prawns, crème brûlée, apple crumble and home made bread. The service was excellent, the restaurant beautiful. We really enjoyed this lovely surprise. Thanks to the restaurant staff for working through Christmas. They made the occasion very special for us.

   Nice environment with quite fast service! Bit loud as it’s very big restaurant! Food was tasty but rather small portions for value of money paid!

   We were there for Christmas eve dinner and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The place was decorated, cosy and welcoming, ambience was buzzing. Our server was professional and friendly, recommending good wine for our budget, and attentive throughout our meal. We ordered from the ala carte menu, grill items were exceptional. Recommended place for family dining too!
