   The best steak we've ever had. They didn't need any sauce or glaze added. The bread service was yummy. The pretzel sticks were perfectly soft and the cranberry toast had a nice sweet crunch. The scalloped potatoes were a favorite of our meal. Didn't need to order the additional sour cream potato puree, which was good but the scalloped potatoes were better and each were definitely enough for two. Pricey meal but well worth it for the food. Service was wonderful. A little noisy but not bad.

   This was a very special evening and one my family won’t forget. The food was outstanding our server John was outstanding. I don’t know how it could’ve been any better.  Our dining experience topped off our Christmas adventure.

   Perhaps one of the most disappointing experiences in recent years. This place tries hard to be an upscale restaurant, but it’s ultimately a mediocre place. They cannot cook a steak at the right temperature, their crab cakes has too much dough, and they want to nickel and dime you to death for basic things such as butter, bread, and salts. A pathetic restaurant that can’t even make an impression on service. Save the money and go somewhere else off of Riverwalk.

   This was our first time at Brenner’s! We were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and it was phenomenal!!!! All of the food was amazing, the ambiance was great, and our server Destiny did a wonderful job taking care of us! She was attentive, kind, and provided great recommendations!

   I was really excited to go for the first time, the staff was extremely friendly and Professional, upon sitting at my dining table. It was frigid. I mention it. They said they were experiencing some problems with the AC but they were turning it off. It was already cold outside. I don’t know why the AC was on, After several attempts to get the staff to either turn it off or turn it down. They were unsuccessful so the entire evening along with other patrons in the area froze all night long. After complaining, no manager came by to check on us, not even a courtesy dessert or coffee, it is very unlikely I will be returning. The only positive experience was the server he was extremely friendly and did his best to accommodate us but at the end, it was too cold to enjoy our evening.

   I had booked a reservation for a birthday and before selecting this restaurant I had looked up reviews and searched multiple locations for different options and this is the restaurant I settled with within the first serving entrées. I knew the experience was going to be horrible as I sat there and watched multiple other parties asked to speak to the manager. My experience led to not having any of my salads or soups delivered to me as ordered. I know the bread thing is free, but we did not get any even after we asked and multiple times I asked the waiter to accompany my sparkling water with wedges of lime, which never came but the most disappointing thing of all was our waiter not knowing whether or not certain cuts of steaks were in stock after offering it to us. We ordered a prime steak and waited almost 20 minutes before they told us that it was not available, and we had to change our selection and we ordered a tomahawk steak, which came to us very cold on top of that we did not get our appetizers. Needless to say I will never be going back to this restaurant

   Great service and ambiance. Our entrees both came out rare though we’d ordered them medium and medium rare. The rest of the food was delicious.
