Brick Pizzeria & Ristorante brings an authentic brick oven Italian experience to Franklin. By way of Steamboat, CO. Partner and Pizzaiolo Leopoldo Demusis spent every summer among the hills of Sant'Angelo all'Esca, in the Campania region of Italy, where he found his love of food. In 2016, he realized his dream of bringing Neapolitan-style pizza from Napoli to Steamboat where he is a wildly successful restaurateur. Brick is our hometown connection to a little taste of Italy from the hand built, 100% brick oven to imported tomatoes and flour, we will do our best to maintain the integrity and vibe of southern Italy.

Service was extremely slow and appeared very disorganized. Waited 15 minutes before someone came to our table. Waited another hour for our food. Food options on menu weren't available. Other items were not as described. Received food which was to be served with fettuccine noodles but came with long spaghetti noodle. Wine ordered was substituted for another option. All in all just seemed very disorganized and unprepared.

...loved the crust...toppings good...center was very soft even after we reduced amount of toppings as Neopolitan pizza can't handle much moisture. Bruschetta was good, salty and sweet. Salted caramel Gelato was tasty. There's better pizza in Milwaukee...

The Bruchetta, Meatballs and Pizza were delicious! Best brick oven Pizza I've had in the area for sure. I had the California Pizza. My daughter had their special tonight, the shrimp scampi and that was also so good! The staff was so friendly! I'll be back!

We have been to Brick several times and it keeps getting better. Our most recent visit featured good food along with more attentive service. Honestly I’m not a big fan of Neapolitan style pizza, but they certainly have plenty of other choices, including some excellent pasta. We look forward to returning and hope they continue with the daily specials.

Delicious pizza, salad, appetizer, and dessert. Pasta dishes are expensive and it would be great if they came with bread or a house salad.

We ordered the pizzas. The crust was so thin and soggy that we couldn’t even pick up a slice to eat it. Flavors were good. One person in our party ordered a calzone but they brought a pizza instead. He ordered the fungi calzone and it had hardly any mushrooms on it. It’s a really cool spot, unfortunately, on a Friday night, there were very few patrons.
