The BrickHouse Brewery building, at the corner of Havens Avenue and Main Street, is the oldest commercial building in Patchogue. It was built around 1850 as a dry goods store, and was operated by John S. Havens until 1914, when James G. Shand purchased it.

The family operated a hardware store here until 1990. The sign you see was revealed after we removed several layers of paint from the building, during a renovation.

Food was good. Service was really good! Everyone was so accommodating and nice! Chicken wings were delicious, beet hummus was excellent, skirt steak very good, mashed potatoes were delicious! I recommend this restaurant! We ate outside which was nice.

Awesome place, my son and I went for a burger and some beer. Appetizer, main course and beer (Beowulf) were fantastic. We will definitely be back!

We stopped here before a show at the Patchogue Theater. Service was friendly and prompt. We shared nachos appetizer, which was excellent. I had the tuna BLT. Tuna was cooked perfectly. A delicious meal!

The server we had Anthony was awful. We ordered the Burrata and clam apps. He told us that the Burrata had two pieces of toast since there were two of us and we asked for a Balsamic Vinegar or glaze since I’m allergic to some oils. He then asked us to take our order for our meals at the same time and said he would hold them so we can enjoy our apps. We explained it was a night out and not in a rush. Never got our 2nd piece of toast and tried to tell us that the yellow liquid that came with the Burrata was a “homemade” Balsamic. Then our food came out literally 1/2 way eating our apps. He kept doing a disappearing act and only appeared to give us our check and then asked us no less than 3 times if it was ready. Never had this type of service before and won’t be going back anytime soon.

We sat outside for an early dinner and it was great. Everything we had was great - the nachos, baked clams, ancient grains bowl, and shepards pie. Highly recommend. Our server Nolan was very attentive and nice.
