   We were one of the only people in the restaurant, yet our server was very slow. It was a half an hour before we were even able to place our order. The food was good, but average for the price which is why I placed the value lower.

   My wife and I ordered two different whiskeys on the rocks. There was hardly any whiskey in the glass. I ordered the Braised Short Ribs. It tasted ok, but there was way too much noodles and very little meat.

   I’m so happy this place is under new management. The food is much better. Healthy, delicious meals. The old stuff was heavy and rich. Again glad it’s like new.

   My friend and I enjoyed a delicious lunch beginning with the Brussels Sprouts appetizer followed by the clam chowder. We were already full when our sandwiches were brought to our table so we nibbled on the French fries but boxes our sandwiches to go. And now lunch is taken care of tomorrow!

   perfect and quiet! Came here to celebrate my cousin turning 21. And we received a small happy birthday plate. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich and truffle fries. The truffle fries were so good

   The food was good with a creative menu. But the loud noise level made for a less than enjoyable experience. The dining room was crowded with many tables and hard table surfaces (no tablecloths -- I liked the old Bridges better). Bar service was very slow, as was the kitchen. The wait staff was nice but also seemed stretched rather thin. On the other hand, given how slow the bar and kitchen were, wait staff couldn't do much more. This restaurant has seen better days.

   It took over a hour for the food and it came out cold and tasteless. They couldn’t handle the valentines traffic, the kitchen that is. The server and staff were pleasant and apologetic

    It was a very disappointing Valentine’s Day experience. They changed their standard menu with a limited menu that was very expensive and mandated appetizers and desserts. There was no mention of this anywhere when we made reservations - other restaurants doing this type of thing clearly disclosed it ahead of time on OpenTable and on their website  We were supposed to be seated inside - we weren’t. at least we could hear the piano player… Oh no… the piano player was, well, not able to keep rhythm. His set list was from beginner songbook (Disney/ariel/moon river etc.). It was really humorously painful. Also they were not staffed well enough to service the crowd they attracted - and the food took a long time to arrive as did the server. The lobster was so overcooked it had to be sent back. It was discolored and I was not able to extract it from the tail because it was so tough and stringy and, unfortunately, its replacement was not that much better.  We got our dessert to go because we could not take it anymore… only to find when we were home that one of them was missing a third. Just missing. The beef was good. And so were the portion sizes. We were also charged for a drink that was ordered, but never delivered. We got that reversed, of course. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience. We’ve eaten at bridges several times and have always been satisfied, finding the prices reasonable and the food pretty good. But the special forced menu that was cast upon us and their inability to provide decent entertainment and timely service was a real letdown. 2 drinks .. 2 entrees … $250 … 2 much! It felt like a money grab honestly. I thought the special pink menu should’ve read ‘happy Bridges day’.  The server was doing the best she could given the circumstances and was quite pleasant when we did see her.
