Restaurant Bridges focuses mainly on fish, with a surprising à la carte menu and Chef's menu. Chef de Cuisine Raoul Meuwese describes his dishes as "classic traditional French dishes, but with international influences and a modern twist". Bridges is an award-winning restaurant, Gault Millau rated Bridges with a score of 15,5 and won the 30th place in the Lekker top 100.
A unique feature of Bridges is the Chef’s Table. In the heart of the kitchen, you can take a look behind the scenes with a party up to 6 people and enjoy the magic of the kitchen brigade.
For private events, Bridges also provides a private dining experience, where you can enjoy an intimate dinner in the comfort of your own private space, with cocktail station, cigar cabinet and a selection of specialty whiskeys. The private dining is suitable for parties up to 12 people.

Fantastic experience from the cocktails to the food. A+, if you're in Amsterdam it's worth it for a special meal. Not cheap but worth every penny.

Dinner at Bridges was a wonderful experience. The food was quite amazing and the presentation of each dish artful. We loved every minute of dining at this restaurant. We hope to dine here again on our next visit to Amsterdam.

Fantastic experience again at Bridges. Cocktails, wines and the food and service are top notch and exactly what you would expect and aim for in a restaurant like this. The level of knowledge, professionalism and dedication of all staff is incredible. We had such a great time and we will come back for sure.

Attended for my Mum's birthday and the staff made a bit of a fuss of her, so I'm very happy! Food was fantastic, beautifully seasoned and packed with flavour while the wines were thoughtfully paired. Unfortunately it is eye-wateringly expensive so I can't bring myself to give it 5 stars for value, but for a special occasion it is a great spot.

This was a wonderful meal! We had the chefs menu with wine pairings. The food and service were great! The wines were unique and fun! Fantastic new, creative chef.
