   Not as good on this visit as in the past. the orders came out wrong and two were very dry and over cooked

   Service was amazing but food was sub par. We ordered the espresso dusted ribeye and it was the toughest steak we had ever attempted to cut and eat.

   The beef carpaccio was perfection! Great service. I requested a booth and we got my favorite round booth in one of the corners.

   Live Brio but this trip the bartender/server got our drinks wrong and the kitchen staff was very slow getting food out but normally it’s always a great experience.

   The food was delicious ! The server was very nice and good at keeping us updated about the delays in the kitchen. The food was excellent!

   Food was very slow coming to table after ordering. 1hr. Said our order came up late and one part had sat there and gotten cold. Took forever to get bread. Very disappointing experience.

   Rarely do I write about bad experiences or complain to a manager about issues but our visit to Brio warranted it. The staff sat us in a back room in a corner next to a party of 20ish with many kids. We felt like we were trapped back there. Calamari was very rubbery and an ordered martini was very poorly done. Had to ask to speak with manager who did remove charges for calamari and martini but nothing else. This was our 7th or 8th visit to this Brio and the experience has been falling. We will not be returning.

   Made reservations for 8:30 and we’re seated at 9:15. The place was fully staffed and was not extremely busy. Buss staff stood around talking while tables sat around us dirty. Place has gone down hill!

   Reservations was a 7:45 , seated us on time we got our food at 9:05 - order pork chops We have eaten here a number of times - usually no problems- Plate looked awful. Side of plate looked like it had blood on it. Brought it to the attention of waitress. She said our pork chops come in full cook but that is off the pork chop. I told her , i always get this and it has never looked like this. She wanted to argue with us by telling us we i work here and i know why it is I said sorry, i just can’t eat this. She said she would have it cooked more. I explained that was not the problem that it was cooked fine. There was no red in the pork chops at all. It exactly looked like blood on the plate. I asked to speak to the manager. Manager came over to our table and sat down with us. She said our pork chops come full cook already. It must be juice from something else. I told her i could eat this with this plate presentation. She agreed to get us an order. After waiting another 40 mins. The waitress brought our order. It was cold but instead of saying anything we tried to eat it. No way it tasted bad. We asked for a box for our mash potatoes and we asked for a order of bread to go. She brought us the box and our bill. We are still waiting on the bread. We waited 10 minutes before just leaving. I fully understand that everyone has an off night but this was not handled well. The waitress needs to be more friendly with customers. The manager should have been more concerned. Not trying to get something for free but i do think she should have adjusted our bill. The cleanliness of the place needed attention. Especially the floor. Paper and straws everywhere. Sorry for the poor review

    We had a reservation and waited an additional 45 minutes to be seated. It took about 10-15 minutes to even get drinks. We ordered our food when she got our drink order hoping that would speed the process up. For a 7:45 reservation, we finally received food at 9:30. We watched 2 other tables in our section get up and leave before their food made it out to them. We boxed our food up and left. Brio used to be our favorite place in Harrah’s but the service last night was horrendous.
