   Service was delightful—Orlando was gracious and charming. He was covering a number of tables across sections which made for lengthier waits in between courses, but it wasn’t terrible and again, he was courteous, apologetic about the delays, warm, and ensured our orders were on point. The food was fine—not bad, but my sister’s Marsala sauce was lacking flavor and freshness and my salmon salad, while presented beautifully, lacked flavor. Our cocktails were well made and delicious.

   My wife and I both ordered entree sized Caesar salad with chicken or salmon. The amount of salad was a disgrace.

   Terrible waiter! Bad service. He took forever to come to our table so we could pay. He never came to to see if we needed anything.

   My first visit to this restaurant with a friend for Christmas Day lunch. Marcus, our Server was very friendly and helpful. The ambience was good, noise level was moderate, environment was very relaxing - the smell of good food permeated the air and I wondered if the food would taste as good. No disappointment, every dish was excellent. I would recommend the Brio Italian Grille to Friends and Family.

    I visited a week earlier to inquire about the Christmas menu. I was told regular menus. Lunch and dinner. When we got there it was dinner only. This put us in a situation. However, the food was good. The waiter and service were fine. Everyone was attentive. For a Christmas meal, it was difficult seeing 👀 folks working on their holiday. It was, subsequently, a good experience, and we were grateful!
