   Brio consistenly disappointed us to the point we decided to just go once a year during the holidays to sit out on the back deck in view of the Christmas tree. My husband really likes one of the entrees and it's a nice ambience. However this is likely the last time we will ever visit a Brio. This time they didn't have any seating in the back even though it was notated in our reservation but okay I get it, can't win them all if it's first come first serve. So they seat us inside, at a table that was set for dinner but very obviously dirty with crumbs and oil marks. I would've asked our server to wipe it for us but it took him forever to get to us and I had kids scrambling to grab things on the table. So I wiped it down with my own wet wipe. Service was very slow. Food was mediocre. The kids cheese pizza had some type of abnormal cheese on it (not just mozzarella) and made it tangy and unpleasant for the kids. It's just not worth the money. Severly overpriced for the quality and service.

   I Brio's and meeting friends there during this time of the year is magical. Our server was amazing, and the food and wine are always excellent. Will go back again and again!

   My food was not good. Bad flavor for some reason, no lemon flavor. Dry. We were seated next to a large party with a person with a wheelchair, so my companion was seated in the aisle. Can't believe there were no other tables in the restaurant, so we weren't crowded. Notcsure I will return, has gone downhill.

   Food is overpriced for the quality and quantity. Service was ok could have been better. Waiter had to be reminded several times to bring items to the table.

   Called to request a booth. Hostess didn’t seem to know anything about it. Her attitude was apathetic and uncaring. Fortunately a second hostess stepped up and was helpful.

   Went on a Black Friday and was sat 15 mins before our reservation. Very friendly staff. Food took longer than usual to be served and waiter disappeared during the wait time. Asked twice for grated cheese on meals and it never came. Overall was nice meal considering the busy shopping day. Will return.

    Struggled to hear the waiter. Calamari. Was overcooked, meals were fine, asked for coffee which was barely warm, dessert was nothing special (cheese cake). Overall probably would not go back.
