   We love brio. The food is always fresh and high quality. And some really great menu options. They can get crowded, and especially if you're sitting in the bar area it can get noisy. And sometimes the staff appears to be stretched thin, and unfortunately they show it. But overall, this is one of her favorites and we will continue to return.

   We made reservations for New Year’s Eve @ 7pm. Arrived 5 minutes early and was told that they were behind and it would be about a 10 minute wait. 45 minutes later we just decided to leave. According to the hostess 7 people had called out and no one “was busing tables”. For 30+ minutes we observed multiple available tables go uncleaned and sit empty while the lobby filled up with others who also had reservations. Not once did anyone from management come out to offer apologies or a plan. Hostess pleasant, but just repeatedly walked back and forth just stating “I have plenty of available tables…just none of them clean”. We left!

   Brio is a great date night location! Food was amazing and service was awesome. Loved being close to the mall & definitely walked off some calories afterwards!!

   Our experience at Brio was outstanding. The food was great, the service was perfect - attentive, but not over bearing, the atmosphere was wonderful and the friends we had dinner with were great. All in all, it was a perfect night out.

   It was Christmas Day and while I understand this was an extremely busy time for them, they did a terrible job at managing reservations. It’s really not complicated. If you can’t be fully staffed, then don’t open.

   Although we made a reservation, we had to wait an hour in an over crowded foyer. They wouldn't even give an estimated time to be seated. Once we made it to the dinning room we were left standing in the middle of a sea of dirty tables with an employee complaining about how there were no tables available. An employee moving at a glacier place wiped down a table for us. The ambiance was terrible surrounded by dirty tables. The calamari was good but the entrees and dessert were were okay. Overall, it ruined our Christmas.

   Short staffed for holidays caused 1.5 hour wait after our reservation. Food was fast but they had no table service. The hostess bussed our table and took our order. While waiting at the bar I never got my drink order.

   We had reservations at Brio on Christmas, but when we arrived at the restaurant at the time of our reservation, the line to be seated was way out the door. We were told that the people who had reservations 30 minutes before us were still waiting to be seated, so we would not be seated anytime soon. This is unacceptable on a holiday when we want to have an enjoyable experience. Given how long the line was and how long we would likely be waiting just to be seated, we decided to go somewhere else. We were able to find another restaurant with reservation openings that evening, and they sat us as soon as we arrived.

    We had a great happy server who made the experience fine. The apps were great and the entrees were weak. The place was dirty with many un-bussed tables, the host was not host like and the bar was completely understaffed. So not sure how or why, but management was not able to staff properly. It left a half empty room of tables and a very odd non - Christmas vibe to the whole Experience. We would not return, especially on a holiday
