   Natalia & Sharif really made this experience better. the only thing i would change was i wish i had gotten more butter, ha, but that's a fairly small thing...

   The restaurant is very inviting and clean. Our waitress was business like but i did have to ask twice for more coffee before getting a refill and waited for ketchup for the fried potatoes. Other than that i enjoyed brunch on Sunday. 70.00 seemed a little steep for an egg dish and a pasta with coffee and soda.

   We were a party of 4. Two in our party ordered Bombay sapphire and tonic. After ordering another server asked what type of gin. Then the bartender came and asked the same question. 15 minutes after ordering drinks we asked the host where are the drinks. The bartender finally brought 2 gin and tonics but it was Hendricks. A makers mark and Ginger was not delivered, we had to ask for it a second time. We ordered appetizers and 2 ordered lobster bisque. Only one was brought to the table. Two minutes later our entrees were delivered. The server never came back to the table and never offered to bring water. I gave one star because the manager offered to comp the entire meal, but we didn’t feel like that was fair. We did accept the comp for drinks and appetizers. The servers and staff were the worst I’ve experienced. Needless to say, I will never go back to Brio.

   Brio once again delivered an enjoyable evening. The food was delicious and the service was attentive. I've never been disappointed with a meal there and am glad that my recent visit wasn't an exception. One of my favorite restaurants!

   The server was very attentive and we never had to ask for refills. The food was delicious and very filling. Hands down best overall in service I’ve had in a long time.

   The food was great and ambience was perfect for a family dinner. We could talk in normal tones and completely understand and enjoy each other (even the 82 year old in our group!). Our waiter, Malik, was fantastic! We loved his personality and service.

   very positive dining experience. appropriate music & expected background level so that it did not impede conversation. impressed by how the music fit the decor & menu style. kaitlyn was fantastic & a step ahead, ha - i plan to return in future

    Service was superb, salads and flatbread were delicious, bread and butter… yum! Only complaint was with REALLY salty lobster bisque, which was comped. Great meal!
