   The restaurant needs more staff. We had to wait for quite a while when we walked in the door to see anyone. There was no host up front or at the bar. When a host finally arrived, she did apologize for the wait. Once we were seated, we had to wait a while to see a waiter. Once a waiter showed up, we tried to order a drink from the bar and the waiter told us they didn't make those and then we saw it on the menu. He apologized for that. We then ordered a soup and a salad and we never received the salad. He had forgotten all about it until we mentioned it when the food arrived. He did take it off the bill. The food was good but not worth the price.

   My salmon Fresca was delicious but my husband and son each ordered chicken dishes and were disappointed. Service was not as attentive as it should have been. Not up to our usual experience at Brio

   The food was delicious, I had dinner with a friend to catch up and it was a perfect noise level we didn’t feel like we had to yell but we also didn’t feel like everyone could hear our conversation. The food was also priced very well, I had dinner and desert and it was around $30 for one person.

   Was not able to be seated due to restaurant being so far behind. Brio couldn’t give any estimated time, but people had been waiting over 90 mins past their time when we had arrived.

   Went with reservations on Thanksgiving. Everyone and their mothers had reservations and the hostess was writing names down on a note card not going off a reservation system at all. Waited for about two hours for a table. After that, service was quick and efficient. Food was absolutely overpriced for OG quality. Won’t return.

   It was Thanksgiving Day. Everyone was pleasant. I really don’t like any Turkey but it’s tradition.

   The experience was great. Our server, Malek, was very attentive and sweet, he made our night very special. The food was good but salty.

   we went unexpectedly on a saturday night due to a two hour wait at the restaurant we had chosen, and brio had immediate openings - it's now clear why this was the case - most of the food was awful! my filet mignon was cooked to a perfect medium, but was the driest piece of steak I ever had - the chicken milanese had a one inch square of cheese on it and was also dry as can be - everything was priced as if it were an upscale restaurant but most of it was fast food quality (or worse ;~) - the lobster bisque was tasty, but at the price they charge it should have had a small piece of lobster on top as better restaurants do, and the sourdough bread was also pretty decent - there were two checks to be split between the five of us, and only two items were switched around, but it took them over 20 minutes to fix the tickets and they still got them wrong - we'll never be back! - and we know our host at the door that evening couldn't care less - he was off in his own world when we arrived and when we left - didn't even get up off the chair he was slouched over when we departed (looking at his phone I suspect)!
