    Our first time was fantastic. Our second time we had to wait 40 min just for someone to ask us what we want to drink and served us water. An hour for bread. The people that came 30 min after us got their order taken and water within 10 min of being seated. After the bread we waited another 30 min or so for the food. I had to get up and ask the server for steak sauce and a steak knife.

    Service was not good. It was slow, food came out cold. We ended up leaving without one of our meals ever being served.

    I made a group reservation for dinner, but there was no one at the reception when we arrived, and we had to wait a long time. Our table wasn’t prepared, causing us to waste a lot of time, and when we were finally seated, the space was very cramped. The noise level inside was also very high, making the experience disappointing overall.

    Emma was our server. She was very pleasant and attentive. The food was good, as usual. We can always count on great service and food when we go to Brio.

    Had lunch with three of my colleagues. We ordered flat breads (Brio's version of pizza) to start and two salads, one pasta and one risotto for main course; no desserts. Service was excellent, the food was good and good value. We all agreed that we'll come back to Brio.

    After having a reservation, we were told that it takes another 10-15 minutes of wait. We asked to be seated outside, he said you can sit, but we don’t guarantee service!!! What??? Why am I here than? Why give me a reservation, if you don’t have the Staff to attend to guests!! Unbelievable!! No wonder there were hardly anyone there!! Yet they did not have enough staff to attend!!
