   This Brio has gone downhill and needs a refresh badly. The food quality has gone down as well. It was freezing inside. Food took a long time for only three tables taken when they first opened. The server was very nice!

   Had a glass of wine with the shrimp and eggplant appetizer. The salt level was pretty crazy. Had a tiramisu with coffee for dessert. The tiramisu was amazing, the coffee arrived lukewarm warm. Our server was very nice.

   It was Valentine's day, so we tempered our expectations for time issues related to seating, we had a reservation, food service, and follow ups for refills. The food was excellent quality and cooked to perfection. We ordered from the Valentine's menu. There were good options and both of us were happy with our choice and value. Brio was packed and the volume of people was loud. Intimate conversations were non-existent.

   From the chopped salad to the entree to the chocolate molten cake, everything was the perfect temperature, beautiful presentation and 100% delicious. The high ceilings cause it to be noisy, but tolerable.

   Overall good. Always is we all tried different items from the menu instead of what we usually have. Enjoyed the chicken Marsala and the mushroom ravioli

    Service was a bit slow and somewhat to be desired. Wait staff lacked eye contact, drop and go attitude and very little interaction and not welcoming or inviting. Server seemed annoyed and curt we paid with InKind app. Her response in making sure we actually paid was off putting. Food was good and portions were good. Expected a better experience due to brand and price point. Restaurant was not at capacity, maybe 1/2 full at best.
