   Requested a booth, got sat at a table that was right next to the server station. There were plenty of open booths. We felt like we couldn’t talk privately because servers were standing there right next to us all night long. Food was just okay, the chocolate cake wasn’t good at all. Server refilled tea but didn’t add any ice so it was just like warm tea in my glass… I’m not sure we will go back unless it’s a just a random casual dinner.

   The food was excellent. Our waitress was lovely and the room while was pretty full wasn’t too loud. Great night all around.

   Such a great restaurant! You'll find excellent menu choices and a consistently wonderful dining experience thanks to Brio's innovative and delicious food, superb service and lovely upscale ambiance - and it's all at very reasonable prices. We especially enjoy the gorgonzola encrusted beef medallions and the grilled steak salad - absolutely delicious!

   We arrived at 7:30 PM to eat before a movie at 9:00 PM and were seated right away. After 10 minutes of no service, we asked another server if she could find someone to serve us. When no one came to our table, we asked the host to find someone. After waiting 30 minutes with no service, we left. Other tables were being served and the restaurant had enough servers. I spoke with the manager while we were leaving who said he could serve us but by that time, we would be late for the movie. I'm not sure why we were overlooked while other tables were being served. But we weren't happy when we left.

   We always enjoy dining out at Brio. The food is excellent and the restaurant environment is really nice. Our server on our last visit was, unfortunately, mediocre at best. We had to ask for things over and over again before she would bring them to us. We also had to wait a very long time for our salads because "they only had one guy preparing it". Our meal ended up taking a very long time. We won't let this stop us from coming again but it was a bit disappointing.

   Food was great….service not so much. Waitress was late getting to our table…then she appeared maybe twice after that. We asked for bread and she said I’ll just bring it when I bring your salad. Salads took a long time to get out to our table and finally we got bread. We sat for a good while without anything to snack on. Then right after our salads finally came we got our entrees not even 5 min later. The food was great….steak was cooked great and chicken was well seasoned. The waitress never came back to the table to see if our food came out right. Twenty minutes into our dinner we finally get her at our table and she asks do you need anything….after 10 minutes of my glass empty, my wife says yeah he’s been needing another pop. She brings the pop back a few minutes later and then we finish our dinner. Fast forward 15 more minutes, she’s nowhere to be found. We have to ask the hostess if we can get our bill. I leave good tips normally but this time I tipped what I thought she deserved and my wife even thought I was still being too generous. There were bigger groups and we were too people for that look a lot younger than we are. This was our date night away from our four kids and outside of the great food, the service left a lot to be desired. I’m just glad we went to the movie before or else we would have been late to the movie due to poor service.

    Our salads were delicious. Brio’s still serves the chopped salad, but it isn’t on the menu. The entrees we had were okay.
