   Waited 50 minutes to be sat w a 6 pm reservation. Service was ok, not his fault. No bread at an Italian restaurant. Ran out of chicken pasta dishes. The food was cold, told the waiter, and he said the kitchen was backed up. No corrective action. Ran out of spoons to stir coffee cream/sugar. Was offered a fork instead. Too expensive for poor experience.

   On a VERY busy Christmas late afternoon, we decided to eat in the bar area as, despite our reservation, the dining room was filled and it would been a while before we got seated. Turned out to be a great move. Our server, Amanda, was great while also being the bartender. The bar manager, Cara, helped out as well and she was cool under heavy business. Our shrimp and risotto was outstanding. So was the Cacio e Pepe. Salad and soup before were also very good, as were our drinks. We usually avoid chain restaurants but Brio in Marlton is an exception as it is always exceptionally good.

   I made reservations for Christmas day 2 weeks earlier for a 3PM dinner and while we did have to wait 20 minutes for our table we didn't mind. We would have waited at the bar but there's was no seats to be found. Brio's was packed. Eventually we were seated and our service (Vincent) was excellent and despite the overflow, catered to our every need. Our food was delicious with only one exception, the food was not heated sufficiently and had to be returned. Otherwise, it was a pleasant dinner.

   Service was not exceptional. Did not feel welcome during this visit and I visit regularly. It was not crowded despite it being close to the holiday. Food was delicious and the cocktails were delightful as usual the bartender is phenomenal!

   We arrived at 11:30 am got seated before our reservation. Our waitress came to the table and asked for our drink order. The four of us said we will have waters & my friends ordered a soda & my wife and I ordered a Bloody Mary. The waitress came back 10 minutes later with the sodas and said I’ll be back for your order. We waited another 20 minutes for her we got know Bloddy Mary’s, we saw her walking around and waiting on another table accross the dining room but she never came back to us. We decided that the wait was excessive and we left. I stopped by the hostess desk left 10 bucks for two sodas and proceeded to go to the Redstone where we ate and had great service. I’ll never go back to Brio and my friends feel the same way. It’s ashame we were treated like that because it was not at all crowded maybe 5 tables in the entire establishment. Management should be ashamed & concerned >>>

   Great all around dining experience for my friends birthday. Ryan and Drea provided excellent "above and beyond" service and the food was exceptional. Thank You Brio!

    Lamb chops were good, but the salad was a bit saturated in dressing. The Bellini was not enjoyable. It was just a chunk of ice in a glass Service was good and a good pace of my meal.
