   Our waitress had too many tables. Our salads took 20 minutes to get to our table. My mash potatoes were cold upon arrival. It took 25 minutes for them to get them heated. I got asparagus instead of broccoli. Bad experience.

   This place went down hill the last few years as service was horrible and food was never cooked to order. Happy to say they stepped up their game! Last two times we have been here the service has been great and the food is served in a reasonable time and tastes delicious.

   Went out to eat with my two boys last night and the service was good. However, BRIO charged $9.99 for a cup of pasta soup. That soup was really only worth $6.99 in my opinion. My oldest son and I ordered the grilled Tuscan pork chops with broccolini and garlic mashed potatoes. As it was cold inside and drafty, the food was being blown cold so the mashed potatoes by mid meal and the broccolini, and even the pork were on the cool side. The waitress provided very good to above average service re drinks and acknowledged that she would take the critiques/issues back to the kitchen. My youngest son had grilled chicken. His meal he said was fine. The meal without tip, including tax, was over $150. This should be less for the value received. 3/5 stars. Could do better!

    Food was good as always. Server was in attentive. Restaurant was cold with blowing air coming from the ceiling.
