    Honestly, this is the first time something like this has happened to us at this place. It took around 20 minutes just for someone to come and ask if we needed help. The service itself was very bad and there was a lot of miscommunication. The food, however, was delicious.

    There was a problem using a remaining balance on an old gift card. After several attempts the manager offered a free dessert to make it right. We were very pleased. The amount was only 7.42!

    We are locals and used to go to Brio but last time it was extremely disappointing. The service was poor. A mimosa and a bottle of beer took 25 min to arrive. No water between. The food, just mine and my daughter’s were ok. The chicken on my plate was dry, like they cooked the day before. My husband’s food he didn’t eat half of them. My son, the same. Definitely there is not a choice anymore.

    Although the opentable app has allowed us to make a 10pm reservation, the restaurant refused to serve us saying it was too late. It resulted on a very unpleasant situation. I would like to be compensated for such unnaceptable circumstance.

    Although our server was great and did a good job, the kitchen did a terrible job by sending uncooked meat to our table. The appetizer that was supposed to be warm was cold and the crackers were stale. They didn’t have lemonade.
