   Tell your customers before they get to their reservations, you’re out of most of the popular food items. What a joke

   They were out of just about everything we tried to order. The waiter was very nice but had come over from another restaurant to assist because they were so short staffed. This is poor leadership. I understand running out of 1 item or 2 but it was really an issue. Staffing and food ordering is leadership.

   We had a show to attend after dinner … our food never came out in more than an hour before we had to leave … so we left without eating … kept getting told that it is so busy before theater … then do not take so many reservations. And we ordered spaghetti, which is so simple to plate and serve

   It was Christmas Day and the restaurant obviously over reserved places. The kitchen was slow. It took almost 45 minutes for a meal to arrive and people were waiting in line outside while tables were empty inside waiting to be clean because of a shortage of help. The food was very good and our personal waiters were Excellent. However, the management with fewer helpers that were needed and the over reservations were not being able to move them fast enough because of the lack of clean tables was really inexcusable.

   Normally we love Brio but the wait time for our meal after being seated was over an hour. It was not our waitress’s fault as she did everything she could, but other tables that weren’t hers got their food much sooner. I believe that the person sorting the food dishes as they were ready to serve was favoring some waiters over others. This was our 4th visit to Brio since Nov 1 and all previous visits were great. It was much busier than earlier visits but have eaten there when it was equally busy and the food came out quickly.

   Always a good place to go. The food is reasonable. Service is good and the quality is always very good. I’ll go back.

    Our Christmas dinner was a bust at Brio. Service was awful! We had a problem with one entree being so spicy it was inedible and were told a replacement would take 5-6 minutes. 40 minutes later we were all done eating except for the person still waiting for their replacement. Waiter was apologetic but still not attentive. We asked another waitress for drink refills, that we had also been waiting a LONG time for and she snapped at us and told us she wasn’t our server. One nice manager finally stopped by to check if we had had a good dinner and he was able to help us. Food was decent, but for the price, I’d skip it next time.
