   Delicious menu items. The Grilled Salmon Fresca was heavenly. Chocolate cake with ice cream topped the meal off.

   Our waitress Julia was very sweet, attentive and knowledgeable. She gave some great suggestions on her favorites, etc. It has been a while since I’ve been to Brio. Friends and I used to frequent it going back about 16 to 18 years ago. I’d only been twice since returning to Cincinnati in 2020. This last visit was very disappointing as I thought the pricing was extremely high for the value of the food. A couple of our dishes were over salted and the sweet potatoes that came with my salmon were under done and crunchy. it gave me the impression that they were frozen and not fresh.  the food is way too pricey for above reasons, although the portions are large and we needed to go boxes for two of our meals. However, I would prefer quality of quantity.

   I wouldn’t recommend going here for any type of event because they won’t celebrate you unless you’re apart of their “club”. Horrible experience for my birthday. So disappointing

   The lobster bisque had a good flavor but there were no chunks of meat at all. My medium New York strip arrived well done. As they were remaking my steak, my husband finished his chicken Milanese. He said it was okay. My steak finally arrived and it was cooked to temp this time but there was just no flavor to the meat and no char on the outside. For $50, I expected a good steak. I could have cooked a better one at home. The blue cheese crust I added was a joke. It was two, quarter sized pieces, not an actual crust on the top of the steak. I didn’t even touch the garlic mashed potatoes, they were dry and awful. Bob Evans microwave mashed potatoes taste better. Our bill arrived in full which surprised me because when the waitress took back the well done steak, she said she would be getting her manager involved. I asked her to please do something about the full charge for the steak since I had to wait 15 minutes for it to be remade, which she did finally ask her manager to remove it from the bill but definitely had a bit of an attitude about it. Not really sure why, she agreed the steak was well done when she took it back. Brown all the way through. Besides that, the wine glasses were very dirty with finger prints and smudges. I used my napkin to clean them before she came to pour our wine. I noticed several waiters/ waitresses touches their faces, facial hair, wiping noses, etc. Overall, this is not a fine dining restaurant even though they charge fine dining prices. We won’t be back.

   Had a wonderful holiday family dinner at Brio topped off by a delicious chocolate chip bread pudding that had us all feeling like Brio’s is pretty special!

   Always love being at Brio. Our server, Julia, was outstanding. Precious, who was shadowing her, was very pleasant and attentive. Our food was hot and delicious. Since it was the holidays, would have liked to have been seated in the main dining area instead of a room by ourselves. However, our overall experience was a fun one. Always a great place to eat.

   There were 9 of us, so the big was quiet substantial (in the $400 range). We were celebrating my daughter's college graduation and her 25th birthday, so we went with an upscale restaurant recommendation. Most of the food was delicious, but my spouse's chicken marsala and asparagus were cold when he received them, but the mashed potatoes were warm. The waiter was amazing! The restaurant atmosphere was beautiful!

   Had a great date night! Sat in the bar and our server, William was wonderful! We split a bowl of soup, salad, and entree. Lasagna was enough for us to split and still take some home. Great experience!!

   Robin, our server was amazing!! We had a party of 13 and she was quick, friendly, and attentive the entire time. Great experience, amazing server!!

    We had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. Waited 2 hours for food and food was obviously sitting for a while because it was not freshly hot and mediocre warm. The restaurant was understaffed. We were disappointed with the whole experience. We were celebrating our daughter’s 18 birthday.
