   Our waitress was very helpfull and thoughtful. The food was out quickly enough for our timeline. Everything was delicious. Thank you all for a great dinning experience!

   We were promptly seated at our reservation time. The server, Ryan, was alway prompt and provided great suggestions to our questions regarding the entrees. Ryan was also aware of our timeline to make an event, so we were served promptly without feeling rushed. Brio is definitely a favorite. Love the setting, service and food

   The good is delicious… the service is lacking snd the hostess stand as a “tough love” approved to diners with a reservation… e.g, arrived at 4:23 fit a 4:30 reservation… hostess said we’d be seat closer to or reserved time… so, with the dinning room neatly completely empty, the hostess made us wait til 4:32…. I suppose Brio hostesses need to teach us perfect punctuality around reservation times.

   We made a reservation and for seated quickly. From then on there was a series of issues but the biggest was it took an hour to get our food. It wasn't busy enough that it should have taken an hour to get four entrees.

   Tiffany our server was excellent Food was part great part mediocre Bracetta sampler was fantastic My lamb was dry n overcooked Chicken Milanese was good Wedge salad and chopped salad both very good Desserts were fantastic (crème brûlée and tiramisu )

    We’ve eaten here several times, and it’s been good, but this time wasn’t a great experience. We waited over 45 min for our dinner to come out and it wasn’t clear why. The steaks came out overcooked, some of the food was cold. I’m not sure what was going on, but we will probably go somewhere else next time we are downtown.
