   We enjoyed dining at Brio. Fanny, our server, was excellent. The chicken Marsala was enjoyed by my wife and I liked the Scallop & Shrimp Risotto. Although the restaurant was busy, it wasn't too noisy. The wine selection was very good as well.

   The server was amazing! However, we had a reservation for a birthday celebration, and it wasn't even acknowledged. Also wish the hostess didn't seat us at the worst table in the restaurant, in the back by the soda machines and stacked up chairs, when many better tables were available. Also wish they would go back to the old bread that they used to serve. The new ciabatta is too chewy.

   The staff and servers were all very nice and accommodating. Three of our 4 meals were under the heat lamp waiting to be served with the 4th meal. My risotto dish suffered due to the time spent there. I sat in view of the kitchen, which was not a good idea. It seemed like the kitchen was having problems getting meals for a complete order finished at the same time, which resulted in a pile up of dishes under the heat lamp and the table below it.

   In general, was a fair experience. Made reservations months in advance, confirmed days prior. Upon arrival, was advised they were running 20 minutes later than reservations. Party of five, we specifically requested NOT to be crunched into a table for four and was told that would not be a problem. When seated, we were directed to a four-top. We again requested roomier table which they accommodated quickly. However, table had no set-ups (silverware), napkins, S&P, etc. (had to ask server for these after being served bread/butter and salads). Bread was not refilled. Side Caesar salad was lackluster, too light on the dressing. Chicken Caesar entree salad was meager, especially for the $$. Chicken Limone was fair (too few capers), Gorgonzola campanelle flavor was good but pasta was underdone (firmer than al dente); poor balance of ingredients, being heavy on the dried tomatoes and lacking asparagus (had perhaps a single asparagus spear), adequate protein. Lasagna was flavorful. Premier margarita was delicious and worth the $15. Overall, staff was polite and accommodating, but we were underwhelmed with the food, as we felt the quality was not as good as several previous visits.

   I felt I was in Italy. I would not know what to say for improvements. The wait staff was very helpful. The food was above excellent. Looking forward for another visit.

   Our server was extremely nice & attentive. Overall, I would rate it as just average. We had to send a Old Fashion back as it was made wrong. Our server said one of the bartenders were new. We ordered a Woodford Reserve on the rocks. My bf said it didn't taste like Woodford but drank it anyway. My bf ordered the Thanksgiving dinner. I ordered the filet mignon. Our dinners were served. My filet was well done instead of medium rare. The server noticed immediately & took it back. It took so long for my filet to come out that my bf had finished his dinner. The manager was kind enough to comp my meal without me asking. Overall, the food was good & the staff was kind. It just seemed like there were so many mistakes considering that probably half the meals served were a prix-fix turkey dinner. When I received the bill, my bf didn't get Woodford but Makers Mark. I'd go back again but it definitely wasn't the best experience but they tried to make it right without having to ask.

    Salads and pastas were very nice. Filet mignon was really sad. 3/4" thick is not a proper filet. It was basically a medallion for $50. Also lacked a proper exterior sear with slight crunch. Temperature was correct, but the cut was subpar at best. Suggest you skip it.
