   Valentines dinner was very good and the price was surprisingly inexpensive compared to valentine dinners we have had at other restaurants. Unfortunately the server was too busy and/or just forgot about us. Service was slow. Forgot our water. Had to ask for the included dessert. Had to ask a different server to bring our bill after the first server disappeared and failed to bring our coffee. We come to Brios often and they are better than this.

   Things started off rough after we got seated around 4:50 and we did not see a server until nearly 5:20. The back room smelled a little funny also. The table next to us arrived at 5:00 and had drinks and appetizers before anyone came to our table. I had to get up and go back to the front desk and tell them and they all sort of panicked then shortly after a man who seemed like a head waiter came and took care of us for the night. After that, the food and service was great. We would definitely come back with the hope that having to wait for 30 minutes for a server won’t happen again. Maybe it was a 1 time fluke.

   Food great and service great. Only blip was a cold cup of coffee but it was replaced right away.

   The food was good and that location was convenient for the evening that we were enjoying. But I have to admit that this restaurant has not aged well. Wait staff not happy to be there, unmanned hostess stand. As mentioned, the food was good but not as good as it used to be. Some new management is needed to get this restaurant back into the primo shape it used to be.
