   Food excellent and well-prepared with well-selected sides. Ube rolls delicious and coffee brûlée dessert hit a home run. Service impeccable while friendly and unrushed and very efficient.

   We reserved a table at the front of the restaurant two months ago to celebrate my 60th Birthday. My wife and I are staying at the Fairmont for two weeks. When we arrived no table had been reserved and all tables had been taken three minutes after the restaurant opened. The food was very average. The rudeness of the management was something else. The evening was concluded with a Happy Birthday written in chocolate on a small plate 3/4 of a strawberry cut up with two small stale biscuits with no candle. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

   Lovely ambience and food. Beautiful presentation. I had the Five Spice Duck Breast which was very tasty - duck confit, rainbow chard, pineapple Kuleuna rum sauce and Molokai sweet potato bread. My husband had the fresh Mahi Mahi - another wonderful dish. Our service was outstanding due to our wonderful waitress - Chelsi. She shared her knowledge of the menu, steering us on our choices based on the questions she asked. She was attentive but not overbearing. She was fun and charming. It was a wonderful evening.

   One of the best dining views you will ever see as it sits on the ocean Great location for a restaurant. Service and the setting are second to none. The food wasn’t great though. The cioppiono seafood and broth lacked much flavor and the broth was more like a heavy sauce. The seafood portions were on the slim side The kampachi on the other hand was smothered in sauce. Great location and service but the food could be better.

   We had a wonderful dinner experience at Brown’s tonight. Janice did a fabulous job! Everything was delicious and our steaks were cooked to perfection. Wine, sunset, musicians, and ambiance made me tear up on our last night in Hawaii. Thank you so much! The Fairmont did not disappoint. We will be back!

   Loved the Hawaiian snicker worth trying, music was really nice touch we enjoyed the guitar acoustic sound.

   Well done. It’s our 7th time coming here. Over a decade and Brown’s continues to be a lovely spot. . The setting wins always. The food is consistently delicious and interesting. The service is comfortable Hawaiian hospitality. The music was perfect. Mother Nature obliged with a breathtaking sunset with the moon and Venus as highlights. Mahalo Browns.
