    We often frequent BB and continuously receive great friendly service and delicious food and drinks! Most times we sit in the bar in a booth and it has never ever been a bad experience.

    The burgers are just ok and should be much better. It doesn't smell good in the restaurant and it could be from the carpet. I won't be back. Too many great places around to subject yourself to Bru Burger.

    Never been disappointed in service or food at Plainfield Bru Burger. Jaime our server was very friendly & prompt in taking care of us. Of course the burgers for three of us were excellent and my wife enjoyed the “special” chicken sandwich. Nice touch that the manager stopped by our table to say he remembered us from previous visits and “thanks” for your business.

    Bru Burger had a lot of sauce, with very thin and small bottom Bun. Very tasty, but messy to eat! Fries and Ketchup were perfect. Cole Slaw was good.

    Our server JAMIE was quite knowledgeable of the menu and the chalkboard of draft beers. He brought samplers of some of the beers to help us make our decisions. Attentive, but not lingering.

    Bailey was our server, she always does a great job. Our food, not so great! I order the gorgonberry pecan salad with salmon, the salmon was over done. Our friends ordered a cup of chili and it was ice cold. They sent it back to be warmed up, when they got the 2nd bowl the bottom was still cold. They also ordered French fries and they were cold, they had to be sent back as well. We usually have a great experience, but this time the food just wasn’t up to par.
