                                                                                                                        We had such a mixed experience here, and we had 13 in our party. Atmosphere is amazing and the restaurant is beautiful!! Overall, we LOVED the feta, burrata & tuna tacos appetizers. KFC was a little sweet but pretty good. Raw bar oysters were awesome. A couple people had the catch of the day which was hands down the best piece of fish we’ve had all week—the whole dish was just incredible! Two people had the skirt steak—very undercooked despite specifying temperatures, and heavy on the truffle oil. One had a pasta which was “fine” and one had the sliders which were really tiny, but delicious…and adorable. The sushi is where the wheels fell off. We were all done eating our meals for quite a while (like 20-30 min) before the people who ordered sushi got their food. No one liked their sushi, they all said it didn’t taste very fresh and they just ate bc they were starving by that point. No apologies were given by the restaurant, although they did randomly give us a free second order of tuna tacos. I would say that the people who were NOT happy far outweighed the people who were happy with their food, so we probably won’t be going back, especially for the prices. Sad, because it’s a really cool place in a great location.

                                                                                                                        We come to Brutto every year since it’s been open. We love the food and vibe. Previous years the service was not so great but last night it was on point! The waiter was very attentive and nice. Food and drinks came out almost too quickly but it was ok. Not the best place for kids. Wish they had better options than just pizza, mini burgers and pasta. They could have avocado rolls or something that aligns with their cuisine. Thanks for a great meal to bring in the new year!

                                                                                                                        Our server didn’t allow any modifications to the menu. Like zero substitutions. This made it very hard to eat there with kids. They also bring food out as soon as it’s ready. But somehow our fries, that were ordered with all the food came out 15 mins after we finished our food without apologies. No one came to check how we were doing. And there wasn’t even an opportunity to order a second drink. Hopefully this was just a bad night. But it was not ideal.

                                                                                                                        Dined in the outdoor section - unfortunately there were several big groups around us with tons of kids playing on the swings, etc - the DJ from the restaurant had a rather loud vibe for a 7pm reservation and then some sort of party/band bus pulled up outside for 30 minutes - way too much overload! Food was pretty good - VERY SMALL portions. We understand tapas style eating, but we’ve never seen a paella so SMALL! Probably would not bring big eaters here again. Our server was outstanding!

Yummy cocktails and delicious food go hand in hand with the attentive servers and upbeat atmosphere. They have great shareable plates and the freshest sushi.
