    Despite having reservations we were seated in the bar area where there was only one person tending bar and serving tables. Service was extremely slow. Food was decent. My son’s silverware was dirty. An overall underwhelming and disappointing experience.

    Way overpriced for the quality of food. Calamari was dry and hard/really dehydrated or something. The rest of the food was OK but for 6 people ending up with a $300 bill, it should be really good food.

    The food was delicious and everyone in our party ate everything on their plate! We sat at a table in the bar upstairs, and our service was excellent by both bartenders up there, even though they had a party of 30 downstairs that they were also taking care of. We’ll be back soon!

    We truly enjoy the atmosphere and food at Bubba Gump. Our server Bernebe was outstanding. Very attentive, very personable and very efficient. Out meal tonight was excellent. We will definitely be back!

    While the server, Holly, provided fantastic service, the food was deeply disappointing. The appetizer arrived lukewarm at best, and the coconut shrimp was undercooked and had to be sent back. The chicken sandwich, which should have been a safe choice, tasted "old." The shrimp and crab roll was served on what resembled a hot dog bun and was very small. Unfortunately, this experience ensures I won’t be returning.

    We were a party of 6, made a reservation, and once we were seated, no one came by after 15 mins to even offer us a drink, so we left.

    We love Bubba Gump. The food is great and service was attentive. Brendan did a great job tonight serving us. We love the coziness of the restaurant- very comfortable.
