   This my my first and last visit to this restaurant. The hostess gave my reservation away to someone else. When I complained, she did nothing to fix her mistake and we waited even longer. When we were finally seated, (and this was my perception of how the server greeted us), I felt as if we were inconsequential and/or irrelevant. I ordered the chicken parm and my date ordered stuffed shells. Her meal was served hot and delicious. My meal was lukewarm, the breasts were flat patties (possibly frozen?), the marinara sauce had no taste and the food tasted gritty. I complained, had the meal taken away, and didn't order anything else. The server apologized and offered me FREE ice cream, which I politely declined. First impressions are lasting impressions!! 👎

   Robert (mgr.) was very accommodating and got us the table we requested and early. Laura was our waitress and she nailed it, perfect. What a wonderful evening. Can’t wait to go back.

   Great service from our server, Food was alright. Great portion sizes. Was expecting a wow factor cause of the great reviews I saw and people recommended this place was slightly disappointed for my first time being there.

   I took a group of nine there for dinner last night and it took over an hour to get our drinks and then the drinks were made all wrong. Not sure if they got a new bartender but they certainly didn’t know how to make a simple drink!!! Food is excellent, served family style but service was slow. It was well over a two hour dinner and no one had dessert.. I’m now taking this restaurant off my list of places to eat at. Service was terrible and the drinks were twice as bad!!!!

   Our dining experience at Buca di Beppo - Arrowhead was far from enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. We could hear the waitstaff talking loudly about personal matters, laughing, and yelling across the restaurant while ignoring the front door. We stood there waiting behind another group who had been there even longer. It wasn’t until I popped my head out and made eye contact with someone that the hostess finally walked across the restaurant to seat us. The food itself was a disappointment. I ordered the penne alla vodka, and the noodles were overcooked with barely any sauce. When I asked for more sauce, it took over 10 minutes to arrive, by which time I had already lost interest in finishing my meal. The only redeeming aspects of the evening were the antipasto salad, which was delicious, and the waitress, who was friendly (though not particularly attentive). Overall, this experience was far below what I expect from a restaurant, especially one with Buca di Beppo’s reputation. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

   Our servers were wonderful and go above and beyond! Shelby and Laura were amazing mother daughter duo killing it. Especially since we had such a large party! The food was great and never had a empty drink or dish in front of us. Would go here again just to get them

    This was the worse meal I have ever eaten. The bill was over $500 and the food was tasteless and of poor quality. I've gone to Bucca di Beppo several times in san Diego and I've used their catering services for corporate events. I've never had any complaints. However this was the worse food me and my family has ever eaten. Everything was bland and tasteless. The chicken tasted like it was boiled with no flavor. The sauces had no flavor much less any Italian seasonings. It was very disappointing and for the money spent it should have been better. I tried to contact them but their website wouldn't take the information. They obviously don't want to have any negative reviews. I will say the waiter was good and tried his best. It wasn't his fault so we still gave him a 20% tip. Unfortunately, the kitchen team needs to go back to culinary school or at least learn now the make the Bucca di Beppo recipes . After this experience I'm not sure if I will ever go there or use them for any corporate event.
