Love this place. But tonight there was horrible service. Seemed like a bunch of people didn’t show for work, quit or laid off. The AGM said he was the server, hostess, and cook all at the same time. Had reservations at 6:30 and didn’t get sat for 15 minutes. We had zero confidence that the service would be any better so left.

We had a limited menu for the 2 of us since they offered Thanksgiving dinners only (on Thanksgiving) However, we were able to order a good chopped salad and chicken limone appetizers which were very good and more than adequate proportions and delicious desserts.

We had a baby, no one offered highchair. The waitress kept putting items down in front of baby. Service was ok otherwise. Food was ok but not worth the money.

Hostess/server was very cold and unfriendly. She clearly did not like children. All the food was great except the cheese garlic bread which tasted horrible. More expensive than anything else we ate the whole vacation. About $36/person and most were kids who ate two bites.

The food was fresh and delicious!!! I’m a Disabled person and the elevator was broken, so I had to manage to walk upstairs, but never told me elevator was broken when I made my reservation … And I feel the service was ok with our waitress…
