   Hour and half wait after we were seated at table. For spaghetti. I think we were forgotten. The manager credited our appetizer. Which was cold when we got food

   The hostess gave our table away after asking us to leave and come back. We returned 10 minutes early and waited 20 minutes before asking for an update. She told me we’d already been seated. Which obviously was not true. Eventually, she realized she made a mistake and seated another party using our reservation. Rather than helping to solve the problem, she simply left and another hostess returned. After a few minutes of back and forth, in which I felt like she was trying to convince the mistake was my fault, the new hostess ultimately apologized and found us a table. In total, we waited about an hour, as we arrived 15 minutes early, so 45 minutes past our reservation time. Nothing was offered to fix the mistake and the manager never even bothered to check in and make sure our issue was resolved. The food was average Italian, which is what we expected. We have three kids aged 9 and under, so we thought Buca was a good choice for the quality and atmosphere. From that perspective, it fit the bill. However, keeping our kids occupied that length of time is a challenge and why we made reservations over a month ago. Makes me wonder why we even made reservations as they told us they overbooked themselves and couldn’t keep the reservation. Then, they ended up seating walk-ins much faster than us after giving our table away to someone else. The biggest frustration was the lack or ownership and problem solving. Everyone makes mistakes, just own up to them and fix the issue. Passing the buck sure left a sour taste in my mouth.

   Only one heater working out of 5 units , sat is in back so heated to 80 to try and heat balance of restaurant. Server was way over worked for 5-6 large tables and hard to keep up Was nice setting for large birthday dinner group, we had 9 sat at table for 8 but there was 15-20 tables open Apps came out and were great, main courses were all cold. Dessert was fantastic. 3 out of 5 for me

   Diamond (the server) and Freddie (the manager) were awesome and were super friendly! The food was awesome (as usual) and both my husband and I enjoyed our meal. We were not only celebrating Thanksgiving, but my husband getting released from a medical facility, after an injury and the staff helped make dinner even more enjoyable.

   Bit disappointed in Buca’s Thanksgiving meal. No longer can get just an individual turkey dinner. Tons of leftovers now when we are going out of town tomorrow. Sure thought we did individual meals before. Had to buy a meal for 3 people at $105. . The turkey was dry and sorta old tasting. Some of the green beans were brown, Pumpkin pie came out semi-frozen. $105 for the food we got was a ripoff. Won’t be back for Thanksgiving here.

   Would not recommend at all. Food was similar to hospital food. Service was terrible. Nothing but teenagers everywhere. Bathroom was FILTHY which always tells you what you need to know.

   Delicious!! This is certainly not my last time here! This Italian gem offers family style servings of literally everything! The food was very good and the service was so warm and welcoming! Drinks were really good as well! I highly recommend coming here with a hearty appetite! The ambiance give me homey Italian vibes and we felt at home

   Food was good & the portions were big. We had plenty leftover to take home. We thought that the time from getting our salad to getting our main course was kind of long. Restaurant didn’t seem too busy when we were there, so we didn’t know why it took so long to get our entree. Our waitress was very attentive and brought refills of our drinks before we had to ask for them.

    Had our Friendsgiving at Buca this year and it was a great idea. Made it easy since everything is family style and food was great like always
