We used to love going to Bucca years ago. It was so disappointing to be honest. The manager Levin did a great job at introducing himself and telling us about the history and chef. The food is not the quality I remember. I hate to be so blunt but it reminded me of Fazoli’s. The food runner finally brought us bread no butter we had to ask for both and he brought a bottle of oil no plate… my dil had to poor it on her bread. The hostesses were very nice but it pretty much ended there. My kids had great memories of sitting in the kitchen and they were very disappointed as young adults. I feel like the quality is just gone.

Took a group of 9 for dinner on Christmas Eve. Extremely busy as you can imagine. The entire staff was prompt, courteous, and professional during a rush that had to be stressful. The hostess was amazing.!! Highly recommend.

The server was nice but they must have been understaffed because the sat us and 2 other tables with him all at the same time, including a party of 11 and he had no help. The food did not taste like it was made fresh like it had in the past. My wife said the bathroom was terrible and really needed to be cleaned, needed maintenance and remodeling. Only one stall out of 3 was operating… This location seems to have really gone downhill.
