   We won't be coming back. The restaurant was nearly empty when we came in at 2pm for our reservation for 15 people. Despite the fact that there were hardly any customers in there, service was very slow. Like 30 minutes before we all had our drinks even. The whole meal took about 2 hours. The food was very mid. Again nearly empty restaurant, and no one received hot food, it was all lukewarm. Our lasagna was dried out on the sides like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. We sat there with empty water glasses and not a server in sight. In fact, my aunt went to find the restroom and saw a whole bunch of servers (including ours) sitting at the bar chatting. It'd be different if they were busy and having a hard time keeping up, but that was definitely not the case. We had arranged in advance to bring in a cookie cake and when it came time to serve it, we asked for more plates and once it became evident those weren't coming, we grabbed some off the fully set table next to us, and found the table to be oily and dirty. Several things around the restaurant were dirty in fact, particularly the restrooms, clumps of hair and dirt along the edges and corners, looking like it hadn't been properly cleaned in some time That aside, while we were cutting the cookie cake, our server came over and said his manager wanted to know if she could have a piece of our cookie cake. Didn't offer to bring us the plates or help serve it, just wanted some of our cake. I stated we didn't have enough as we had 15 people eating a cookie cake. The server repeated that his manager had just wanted him to ask. I found this pretty inappropriate to be honest, I was completely taken aback. Not like the manager had even bothered to come by and check on the table whose cake she was asking to share. My husband felt guilty and ended up taking the server our last piece to give to the manager. Would've been nice if she'd stopped by or offered a discount, but that didn't happen.

   Great food and service but need a quieter area for a large party so that all can hear each other; we were seated next to another large party. Our server was great and kindly turned down the music that was coming through speakers close to our table. That helped!

   We had a wonderful time! It had been five years or more since we’ve been…11 Guests and we were all comfortable, food was delicious, and server was great. We won’t wait so long next time to come back!

   We were near a family celebrating and it was noisy but in a good way! Our waiter was attentive and even when I thought he missed an allergy that was mentioned- he had not missed it, it was clearly written.

   The restaurant was out of the one pasta I came for (cannelloni) and though the server was generally attendant, we went for some time without a drink refill or more bread. He did arrange for us to have the "cheese on the side" for the salad. The large table next to us was very loud. In short, the experience was not really enjoyable. Had we gone to Fazzoli's, the food would have been better and the ambience easier (at only half the cost).

   The server was horrible. Everything was in a sec, or give me a minute ( which wasn't). I gave him 2 $100.00 bills. I just got the bill, and knew I was entitled to a lot of change. Needless to say, he got a whopping 45% tip. Rude. You always bring the change, period. The nerve. The food, fantastic. I can't say enough about the food.

   Eating at Buca is always a treat. The ambiance is always cozy and warm and the food is exceptional. One of our favorites is the spaghetti and meat balls, Anti-pasta salad, and parm!!! Today, our server was Savanah and she was one of the best in handling our needs along with a great personality.

   Overly priced for what it is. Food was ok, but a stuffed pasta, 3 pcs of chic parm and 2 teas $75

    Our first time here and we were so disappointed. We got what looked like a Stouffers lasagna. It was barely warm, very little meat in it. We were so hungry we ate it without complaining to our waiter.
