Bienvenidos a Buche Perico primer restaurante del caribe en forma de invernadero con más de 500 plantas, aquí se producen hortalizas y vegetales los cuales se usan para la elaboración de nuestros platos los mismos destacan la Gastronomía Contemporánea Dominicana a cargo de nuestro Chef Ejecutivo Javier Cabrera el cual en el año 2012 recibio el reconocimiento por su cocina atrevida y personal 1 Estrella Michelín como Chef Ejecutivo del Restaurante Els Brancs.
Dentro de nuestra oferta gastronómica se destaca nuestro plato Buche Perico sopa de maíz, hortalizas y carnes procedente de la región del Cibao específicamente Moca.
Estamos ubicados en la calle El Conde 53 siendo uno de los lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad en plena zona colonial.
Contamos con un ambiente acogedor con un espectacular patio interior.

    The disappointment started right away when ordering drinks. The wives each ordered a glass of white wine from the menu. The waiter returns they did not have any glass of white wine from the menu. They then ordered a glass of red wine from the menu, only to be told there is no red wine by the glass available. They seem to be pushing wine by the bottle instead. A man sitting at the table next to us complained the same thing. Then we ordered the food. I wanted a fried snapper only to be told they did not have any. My brother in law ordered his meal with mashed Yucas only to be told they did not have any. Luckily the food we did end up ordering was good. We never had this experience in the past so we have decided to never return and find a more accommodating restaurant in the area to which there are many.

    Eigentlich schönes Ambiente. Aber zu kühl und windig von der Aircondition. Bedienung lustlos. Kein Glas Weißwein möglich, obwohl mehrere auf der Karte standen. Vorspeisen auch zum Großteil aus gewesen. Das Essen, das dann bestellbar war, war aber sehr lecker!

    La comida es excelente y el lugar es precioso, el servicio dejó un poco a desear, ya que fue lento y no iban a preguntar que necesitabas x tenías que llamarlos. La música estuvo bien pero a las 10 la subieron y era complicado escuchar. Todo lo demás excelente, si lo recomiendo, pero vayan con paciencia

    I recommend to arrive early but overall it was a good experience, price are affordable, the music can a little loud , the place is beautiful.
