   It wasn’t my first time at Buffo, but it had been a while. The food was quite good. There weren’t a lot of diners that evening, yet the service was very slow. At the beginning, said we needed a couple minutes to pick drinks and it was at least 10 minutes before someone came by again. After the main course, we said we’d like to see the dessert menu. The woman never returned. Our table continued our conversation and 20 to 30 minutes later, the male staff member asked the same question. I explained that we had wanted to see the dessert menu but now just wanted our bills. We went elsewhere for an after dinner treat. Based on the service, I don’t know if I’d return.

   Two of my party ordered pizzas - they were cold and undercooked in the middle. My carbonara was so salty it was barely edible and they gave me a new one which was better. We actually received our starter before our bottle of Prosecco. How long does it take to open a bottle? To their credit the restaurant did take the Prosecco off the bill due to the problems with 3 out of 4 meals. Still, can't recommend.

   We loved our meal at Buffo, we were kindly greeted at the door, our server was very attentive and pleasant, and food was very timely and so delicious! We'll be back again!
