   Extortionately priced food, Steaks come with no accompaniments at all, all to pay for extra, my lobster tail was inedible, couldn’t even slice it with a steak knife it was that tough and overcooked. Service was good as it is everywhere in Vegas. Even Ramsey’s isn’t as expensive and must better quality

   We did the Jack Daniel’s dining experience. It was an amazing time. ET and Sara did amazing with the way they hosted the event. ET gave some amazing information on the history of Frank Sinatra and Jack Daniel’s, Sara made sure that we truly felt like a group that was more than strangers eating and getting together.

   I had a good time dining at Bugsy & Meyer’s. The prix fixe menu was well-curated and offered a variety of flavorful options. While I enjoyed my meal, I found myself wishing I had gone for the Wagyu, which looked absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was stylish and fitting for a classic Vegas dining experience, and the service was attentive and friendly. Overall, it was a great evening, and I’d love to come back to try the Wagyu next time. A few of us did have the Wagyu rib cap. It was fantastic, would be my top recommendation. It was so tender we cut it with the butter knife. Some of us thought the old fashions were over price but overall a great dining experience.

   Y wife and I were looking forward to this meal. We were disappointed. Ribeye was supposed to be dry aged for 60 days. It was not very tender, nor flavorful. Asparagus was prepared in a unique yet undesirable way. My wife has Brussels sprouts and rib cap, both of which were great. Ambiance was over hyped. Service was great. Prices were on the high side. $27+ for a cocktail. With all things considered, we won't be coming back.

   We were really looking forward to our dinner out while in town visiting family. There were 4 adults. The service was pretty good. We ordered bread and had to eat over our napkins after 15 min of waiting for a plate. Then the waitress corrected the mistake. Next my Mom & I split the seafood tower for 2, my niece had the surf & turf special and my nephew had a bone in rib-eye. All of the seafood was a bit stringy, I guess that would make sense since the nearest ocean is over 300 miles away. Yet, I was expecting more from the food I guess. Desert was the best part. We split a vanilla crème brûlée and the had the banana split cake. The crème brûlée was perfect & the cake was outstanding! My favorite part of the meal. We also had drinks which were great. Overall pretty good meal but for the price again I think I was expecting more.

   I’m usually the one giving glowing reviews but I just can’t this time. I’ve been looking forward to going to Bugsy & Meyer’s since the first time I visited Vegas about 5 years ago. I thought, based on the name, it would have kind of a mob/speakeasy vibe. It doesn’t. It’s just a generic hotel restaurant. I will say everything we ordered came quickly and was tasty — except my main course. I got braised short ribs and they were so dry and hard they were inedible. It ruined the dinner, and with the hefty prices, it was the last thing I expected. Definitely the worst dining experience we had in Vegas. :(

    Roberto was wonderful and the food was fantastic!! We were looking for an upscale dinner one night during our visit to Vegas. Glad we found Bugsy’s
