Disorganized and slow. It is hard to know where you are supposed to go when you walk in the door because there is no hostess station. The food was decent, although my husband said his mashed potatoes tasted like Hungry Jack out of the box!😂 Won’t go again.

Our experience was terrible unfortunately . The servers were out of sorts all evening, they did not work well together. 3 out of the 5 asked us for our food order when we did not have all party members at the table. We ordered drinks, they did not come. When asking about the drink order 5 times they finally came out, and it was incorrect. Back to ordering once again. My husband and I ordered the chicken and beef sliders, they were over battered and fried in what I believe to have been old oil in the fryer. My stomach does not digest this and as a result I was very uncomfortable for the next 12 hours. We were not happy, will not recommend or frequent again.

Food was expensive and just bad. Brussel sprouts seemed just microwaved, truffle fries had microscopic levels of cheese. The only thing that was good was a burger but it was expensive. Ridiculously, there is a 18% unadvertised "service fee" that is NOT tip, they asked us to tip on top of that. That was completely nuts. So we paid 38% extra for bad food.

This is a tiny restaurant attached to the hotel. What appears to be the main entrance to the restaurant was locked which was confusing at first. I had to enter through the hotel entrance and go through the lobby to get to the restaurant. The food and drinks were good once we got them. Service was extremely slow, likely due to being understaffed and having a large number of people show up at the same time to have dinner before the concert at TD. There was a long wait time (20min) for drinks to come out and food took even longer. The food itself was tasty and well made so I would give this place another chance to see if the service has improved.

Service was excellent! Limited menu and even more limited beer selection were disappointing. Korean BBQ and garlic Parmesan wings were great as were meals - spinach salad (yum!), burger and crispy chicken sandwich.

It is a restaurant attached to a hotel, so there is a premium with food. Unlike others, we had great luck with service and with the quality of food. I don't know if I would go out of my way to eat here, but I would go here again before a game at the Garden.

Only reason not a better rating is that our waitress quit at the start of our dinner so things came to a halt.

Food was good, little overpriced. Server was good but she was by herself and also bartending so we sat with empty plates and drinks for 10 minutes before having to go find her. Had they had at least one more person on staff it would have been a better experience
