   My wife and I both got the steak and eggs and split the ricotta and blueberry pancakes. We were very happy with everything. The only thing is this, there’s not a lot of steak for the money, but it was good. We also split the home fries and they were very good. Overall, we were very happy.

   Unfortunately for the vday pre fix menu there were some substitutions or omissions that weren't discussed when ordering. Several dishes came out cold. Flank steak was cut incorrectly and difficult to eat. Halfway through service a light above the table began to go out and created a strobe effect. Understand that's not anyone's control, but it took a while to find someone to address it.

   We have been going to Bulla since they opened in Charlotte. We really enjoy it whether it’s a drunk and quick tapas at the bar or full sit down dinner for special occasions. Last night, we had a reservation and no wait. We were sat down right away and waiter came quickly to take drink orders. We elected to have 6 different small plates/tapas rather than a big plate such as paella which I usually do. All the tapas were very good, very tasty with just very nice flavors that paired well together. We had cocktails and mine was very little alcohol on a lot of ice not worth $15 for two sips. My wife had a tasty sangria and it was a very nice pour. Tapas trickled in nicely, well spaced out so we could enjoy them warm and make dinner last while we had nice conversation. Service was not as good as usual. After our waitress brought our initial drinks and poured our first glass of water l, she didn’t check in for some times and wasn’t observant either. We waited a long time to get water refill and I wanted to order another drink. In fact, one of the managers noticed me scanning the room for our waitress and came by to ask what we needed. As soon as he came, the waitress came by. She was a bit more attentive afterwards but still didn’t refill our water timely. I ordered a Jerez with dessert and I was almost done eating by the time it came. It at on the bar for a bit. So service just wasn’t what we had come to expect from that place and there was a lot of staff last night waiting tables, passing food out…. It certainly wasn’t horrible and we’ll go back but just worth noting the strong points as well as areas of improvement. We had a great evening and enjoyed all our food. We tipped well too :) in case readers wonder.

   First time here and it was a great experience. We came for lunch on Valentine’s Day and it wasn’t too busy. The food was delicious! I got the salmon and my date had the chicken skewers. Both were delicious! The atmosphere was nice with dim lighting so it provided a kind of romantic setting which is wonderful for a date. I highly recommend!

   We had a great experience dining at Bulla. Our server, Delilah, was very attentive and gave great suggestions. Everything we had was delicious. The tables are spaced far enough apart to be able to hold conversations without unintentionally eavesdropping, and we never felt rushed. Thanks for a lovely evening!

   Food is great yet portion size of some items were downsized from previous visits. Nice ambience and service, but for a better value for the money, portion sizes need improvement.

   Went to Bulla for the first time for lunch. Our server was so lovely and attentive. I ordered a cocktail and they were out of a component for it. I asked the mixologist to create me something and it was spot on. Our food service was very spotty and slow. Our food was good and value (2 for $17 lunch special) was very nice. My Cubano sandwich however, left much to be desired.

   La mesera servicial, pero demoraba mucho en llegar a la mesa. Y muchas personas de la localidad sin hacer nada y no se acercaban a asiatirnos aun cuando teniamos mas de 20 minutos esperando por mas bebidas. La comida está bien.
