In 2018, Florida-based Centurion Restaurant Group announced that its popular tapas restaurant, Bulla Gastrobar, has opened its first Texas location. The rapidly expanding concept is located at 6007 Legacy Dr., Suite 180 in Plano’s thriving Legacy West district.

Authentic Spanish tapas featuring culturally rich ingredients and imaginative cocktails are served in a lively, social setting, complete with a beautifully appointed gather-around bar, main dining area, private dining room, and outdoor terrace.

First, despite being a long term user of OpenTable I can not make a reservation. I successfully reserved a table for 2, but not the 5 I needed for my daughter's 16th birthday. Woops. However, the hosting team quickly was still able to seat us moments later at our appointed time despite my error. First, bravo. Second, goes to Ben who was authentically interested in service without being pushy. My family never worried about drink glasses being empty and food was brought so timely it could have been a symphony the way it was conducted. Third, bravo goes to the kitchen who executed consistently well throughout the night and delivered with Ben's help a birthday surprise for my girl's Sweet Sixteen. The management at Bulla deserves a lot of credit for the excellence the team performs and I love it every time I go for a meal.

From “Little Plates” to massive Paella pans that weave amazing flavors together to provide an absolutely authentic Spanish flavorfest. The early happy hour provides half price bottles of wine. The wine selection is wonderful and at half price, it is great value. Add to that, flawless service from Nina (second time to be with her, and we will request her always from now on). This is a magnificent place for a special celebration meal. One person in our party had extensive food allergies and Bulla handled all of the special needs flawlessly.

The food and bar staff were great, but the hostess were terrible. My wife and I walked in and they did not even greet or even acknowledge us, they just sat us and walked away.

Great Spanish food without the trip to Espana. Tapas were plentiful with all the traditional favorites and more. The paella’s were made for 2-3 people to share and were absolutely delicious. Must try!

My family always enjoys our visit to Bulla. The best thing about your restaurant is nobody rushes you and as you leisurely enjoy your tacos, you get to have conversation with your family. Instead of being rush, rushed out like normal restaurants.

Seafood paella is really good , croquetas de jamon are amazing and cremoso de chocolate is delicious!! Our waiter (Alex) was very helpful and kind!! Well come back of course!!
