Berlin ist bunt, laut und „Multi-Culti“ genauso wie sein gutes Essen. Leider ist die Hauptstadt überfüllt mit Sushiläden, die sich kaum unterscheiden. Dabei hat dieses Gericht so viele Facetten zu bieten. Deshalb entstand die Idee von etwas, das modern und neuartig ist und zugleich jeder kennt. Es sollen Kreationen entstehen, die ihre Basis in der japanischen Küche haben. Es soll ausgefallen und einzigartig sein aber auf keinen Fall den Boden unter den Füßen verlieren. Dies ist das Konzept von BÚN. BÚN setz auf Vielfalt der traditionellen Zutaten der asiatischen Küche mit einem Hauch von „WOW“. Die signifikanten Komposition jeder Special Sushi Roll wurde mit großer Sorgfalt zusammengestellt. Wir hoffen, wir werden den Erwartungen gerecht.

Very delicious and fresh japanese food! Donburi was super tasty. Just think they could increase a bit rice and some sides (sweet potato, edamame, corn) quantities, but overall experience was pleasant. Service was very polite and fast. Definitely going back to try other plates.
