   Service was slow & waitnress didn’t check in with us for nice food was served. Menu was very difficult to find low carb or dairy free(nothing). I have frequented Burntwoods in the past, but I think it’s time to move to other choices.

   Our hostess very considerate of my needs in choosing a table. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The surroundings were beautiful, with a warm and rustic feel. Our waiter seemed new and a bit inexperienced but the food was exceptional. Overall a great first time experience. Definitely will be back.

   It was a beautiful day outside so we sat on the deck overlooking the river. Food and service was pretty good. I would recommend this place.

   We thought we would try Burntwood in Chagrin Falls again. Sorry to say there was nothing special. First of all we had to wait to have 1 valet park the car. He’s was nice enough but overwhelmed. I ordered the chicken piccata and got a semi blacken peppery chicken with a little sauce with no flavor and greasy smashed potatoes with a few leaves of spinach. We had gift cards that apparently older than we thought so they didnt accept. Server was attentive and the best part of our experience. We won’t be back.

   We had a 4 generation dinner from my 91 year old father to my 3 1/2 year old grandson. Great service by our server Danielle and great food as always.

    We are regulars at Burntwood Tavern & usually sit at the bar. For a Friday night, the restaurant was definitely understaffed . We waited 15 minutes for drinks & 40 minutes for or meals. Our appetizers arrived with some being cold. Overall, not a great experience although our meals were good.
