   Soup was like warm. Understaffed. Our poor server had too many table , but did the best she could. Management should have stepped in to help. Grouper sandwich was super thin.

   Food was very good! Calamari was tasty and tender. Cauliflower app was crispy and just the right spice. Steak Frites was good... not the best Chimichuri sauce I've ever had, but not bad. Server was friendly and attentive. We we're lucky enough to hit Happy Hour with discounted coctails and Starters! Would definitely return.

   Service was spotty not sure if it was a kitchen or personnel issue - checks were wrong we just venmoed eachother to even it out instead of sending the server back as we didn’t have time to spare. My mom’s avocado toast came out late and brown. Ordered hash-browns right when we sat down as an appetizer and took 30 minutes to get them. Asked for ranch to come with our meals and it took about 15 minutes after food dropped at the table to get the ranch. Would go back every restaurant has their days but lots of opportunities to be had.

   We regularly visit Burntwood Tavern during the Winter. This visit was great on a super busy Valentine's Day. Our server, Charlotte was exemplary - bright, efficient, friendly and attentive. The food was typically yummy - Firecraker Shrimp, Burntwood burger, Wedge salad and Street Tacos. We will be back!

   We went for a Valentine ❤️ dinner celebrating 15 years together. Burntwood Tavern did not let us down. From the wonderful drinks, and enticing appetizers, to the spectacular dinner. Everything was bursting with flavor. Thank you to Holly for being such a spectacular server.

   Food was good. Everyone enjoyed their meal. My leftover vers were great the next day. Will definitely dine here again. Our server - Holly - was the best. Attentive and efficient. Very pleasant.

   The wedge salads with the buttermilk ranch dressing were fresh and delicious. The fish and chips were also delicious. Our server, Alex was very accommodating to our requests and questions.

    Horrible experience. Waited over 35 min for drinks. Didn’t even get a glass of water while waiting. Our waiter was new which was fine but plenty of wait staff watching as we didn’t get service. It was sad. Service was a mess. Won’t return to the Gulf Coast location.
