Fantastic food, a lot healthy, creative, delicious options on the menu. We did not shy away from eggplant, cauliflower, cabbage, dorado - all were prepared with a twist, perfectly charred and seasoned. Compliments to the chef for creativity and the staff for excellent service. Will be back!

Bustan was outstanding. They had incredible friendly service and the food was amazing. I highly recommend the falafel, and smoked trout. Additionally the kabob was extraordinary and the presentation was delightful.

This was our second time eating here. The food is amazingly great - it is interesting and remarkably tasty. A definite “must experience” for NYC!

Our server Leo was outstanding as were the other servers. The food was excellent! We requested a quiet table because one of the people in our party has hearing loss and the restaurant was very attentive to that when seating us. We were not rushed at all and the server was able to recommend several items which were delicious Had the branzino, lamb kabob, shnitzel, as large plates. Taboon "bread" was superb. Humous and Israeli salad were excellent. We decided to have dessert and the flourless chocolate cake and other dessert were scrumptious Will definitely go back! Thanks, Bustan for a wonderful evening.
