   Beef Wellington was really good. Everything else was average? Lobster bisque. Stuffed lobster. Mac and cheese. Chocolate cake. $250 and.. I would have been happier at longhorn. I hate saying that - but Ruth Chris. The avenue. Jeff ruby. All of them are significantly better than this. I was extremely excited for this place but probably a one and done here.

   Amazing meal (lunch) at B&R. The service {Jamie Waby} was impeccable and warm, above-and-beyond helpful. Every bite of the food was delicious. Parker house rolls, lobster roll, mac and cheese, French onion soup… The ambience was upscale but not stuffy, beautiful property! Insta-worthy, for sure. Cheers to The Rose 🌹 cocktail! 10/10 for presentation and flavor! My daughter had a delicious mock cosmopolitan. Also phenomenal. You must not miss this place!

   Butcher and Roses is a beautiful setting for any festive occasion or just want a special luncheon. The service was impeccable and the food was very delicious and creative. We are from Cincinnati and will definitely be back!

   We love this place for our date night. Only thing wrong this time was the lobster bisque - basically water. Everything else was fantastic.

   We were very excited to try Butcher & Rose. We went in with the idea if splitting everything. We tried a lot: Parker House Bread - excellent Lobster bisque - smooth and creamy, nice chunks of lobster, but luke warm Oysters - fresh and delicious, good for Ohio Wagyu tenderloin carpaccio with king crab - high quality meat, very salty crackers, and slightly over seasoned beef. If you like big chunks of peppercorn, this dish is for you. Wagyu Flight - all amazing cuts of beef, cooked properly. These too were over seasoned. There was a lot of chunky salt. This quality of meat doesn't need the extra seasoning. Chili roasted broccoli - perfectly cooked, very saucy, also salty Creme Brulee - this was the biggest creme brulee we've ever seen. It had the perfect sugar top with a great crunch when you broke through. The presentation was stunning. Some of us loved the tart cherries and berries and sorbet served with it; others less so. The creme brulee itself was delicious. Excellent wine and cocktail selection. The Butcher is a must have if you enjoy bourbon. Overall it was a good dining experience. We are glad we tried it. We left a bit underwhelmed considering the price point and hype behind this restaurant.

   Loved the restaurant. Decor was wonderful; we could tell that style was a part of the decor. Camaraderie coworkers was evident by the various handshakes between them. The traffic of serving was wonderful. We saw how critical and helpful a touch on the back was to letting someone know they were coming through. Sound quality was strikingly good. I heard the music but I could also hear my wife talk. There’s an art to that and it was appreciated. Really liked how we could brighten the light at the table. I could hang out there often!

    We came for lunch to begin our holiday work party. We were treated like celebrities. I appreciate that they take your coat at the door. We had on wild Christmas sweaters and were a little worried that our attire would be an issue, but everyone loved our holiday spirit. The service is always impeccable. The cocktails and food were all wonderful and everyone left very full. Beautiful restaurant and the service is second to none.
