   Looking at other reviews, there’s a lot of 5 stars but a large portion of lower star reviews. I see why. Food was really quite good, interesting flavors and good quality (tho many dishes were overly sweet). But service was dysfunctional and that really hurt our experience. Were they trying to leave early? We had an 8:30p reservation and after ordering, 10 minutes later, EVERYTHING came out. Salads, entrees, etc. Then felt ignored, had to get up to ask for a new napkin and refills of water cups. Staff were friendly but didn’t know or care how to wait on their customers. Looking at other reviews service is an ongoing regular problem

   We have such a fantastic time at Buttermilk and Bourbon every time. Our service with Ethan was perfect and Mimi is a rock star, ensuring everyone was smiling and having a blast. The Christmas decorations look so good, I could only imagine how much effort was put into making B&B look festive. The kitchen was on point with each plate, with the mussels special being the best dish. 10/10 will be back again

   Amazing food and amazing service. It was quiet at 1:30 with snow steadily coming down. We’ve never had a bad experience. This place is simply amazing!!! Love everything about it from the food, drinks, location to the decor.

   Love the whole vibe! It definitely gives a southern Latin coastal vibe with and industrial twist! The food and drinks are amazing and i definitely recommend the honey biscuits!
